Reindeer Run
December 12
The Amelia Island Runners will
conduct their annual Reindeer Run on Saturday, December 12 at the
Atlantic Avenue Rec Center. Competitive 5K and10K runs will be held,
along with a 1.5 mile walk and a Kid's Run featuring Santa himself.
The 5K and 10K runs are within Fort Clinch State Park on a
beautiful, shaded course. For more information go to

Lighted Christmas Parade and Holiday
Lighted Boat Parade
December 12
Come join in the holiday spirit in
downtown Fernandina Beach! The Lighted Christmas Parade will travel
down Centre Street at 6 pm. Following the parade, proceed to the
waterfront and enjoy the Holiday Lighted Boat Parade.
Even pirates get into
the Christmas spirit in Historic Downtown Fernandina!
Christmas Grand Buffet

The Sunrise Cafe/Ocean Grill at
Amelia Island Plantation offers fellowship, family and a huge
holiday feast - all in the Christmas tradition! Seating times from 1

Amelia Island Book Festival
February 12-13
This annual event is a favorite for
both readers and authors. Plus, every school in Nassau County is
visited by a featured author.
Art & Antique Show
February 19-21
The 32nd annual Art and Antiques Show
will be held at the Atlantic Avenue Recreation Center February
19-21. Show hours are 10-5 Friday and Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday.
All proceeds benefit the Amelia Island Restoration Foundation. For

Amelia Island Film Festival
February 25 - March 1
Movie lovers will flock to downtown
Fernandina during the last weekend in February for this festival
