Amelia Island Book Festival Luncheon

New York Times best-selling author Dorothea Benton Frank  will be the featured guest at a fundraiser luncheon for the Amelia Island Book Festival on July 15. She will discuss her upcoming novel, Return to Sullivan's Island, the highly anticipated sequel to her bestselling debut, Sullivan's Island.

Tickets are $50 each and include the luncheon, talk and book signing to follow. Copies of Return to Sullivan's Island will be available for $25 each. Tickets are available at Eileen's Art & Antiques, Books Plus, Prosperity Bank, and The Golf Club of Amelia Island, or you can order by mail with checks payable to the Amelia Island Book Festival, P. O. Box 824, Amelia Island, FL 32035.

This fundraiser is one of several events the festival has scheduled in preparation for its annual weekend, set for February 11-13, 2010.

Established eight years ago, the Amelia Island Book Festival is a nonprofit 501 (c)3 organization that promotes literacy among children and adults by showing that reading is fun and worthwhile.
