It's never to early to start thinking about the Christmas season. And one of Amelia's holiday traditions is the annual Christmas Tour of Bed & Breakfast Inns and Historic Churches.
This year's tour, presented by the Amelia Island Bed & Breakfast Association, is scheduled for the weekend of December 2nd and 3rd. The tours will be held both Saturday and Sunday from 2
p.m. to 6 p.m.
As you walk through Fernandina Beach's historic district, which features more than 450 revitalized Victorian structures, discover gracefully decorated inns that capture the timeless spirit of the turn of the century. Enjoy the ambiance of a seaside retreat festively decorated for the holidays. Stop for a few moments in the gentle atmosphere of historic churches and listen to a choir singing your favorite childhood Christmas carols.
For a special treat, call the Amelia Island Museum of History at (904) 261-7378 and reserve a place on the romantic lantern-led tour of historic Fernandina Beach on Friday evening, December 1st.

To purchase tickets at $15 each, or to request B & B reservation information, please call 1-800-2AMELIA or look for us at www.ameliaislandholidays.com.
